Due to the custom nature of our products, She-Designs does not offer refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I also do not offer refunds if the customer no longer likes the design, wants to exchange product for something else, or no longer wants the product.

Please read all store policies before making a purchase. You are allowed one complimentary change to your order. The design change is subject to She-Designs' approval. Any additional changes will result in an extra service charge.
